摘 要
本文全面探讨了社区教育在促进老年人社会参与中的多重作用、实施机制、面临的挑战及相应的优化策略。随着全球人口老龄化问题的日益严峻,如何有效促进老年人的社会参与,提高他们的生活质量与幸福感,已成为社会亟待解决的问题。社区教育,以其贴近老年人生活、灵活多样的特点,成为推动老年人社会参与的重要力量。本文首先分析了社区教育如何通过转变教育目标、优化教育资源、创新教育内容与形式以及搭建社区平台等机制,有效促进老年人的社会参与。这些机制不仅满足了老年人多样化的学习需求,还增强了他们的社交能力、自我实现感和社会归属感。然而,本文也指出了当前社区教育在促进老年人社会参与过程中面临的一些挑战,如教育资源分配不均、内容单一缺乏针对性、宣传与动员力度不足以及政策与制度支持不够等。针对这些问题,本文提出了具体的优化策略,包括加强资源整合与投入、丰富教育内容并提升针对性、加强宣传与动员以提高老年人的参与度,以及完善政策与制度保障以提供有力支持。

Abstract
This paper comprehensively discusses the multiple functions, implementation mechanisms, challenges and corresponding optimization strategies of community education in promoting social participation of the elderly. With the increasingly severe problem of global population aging, how to effectively promote the social participation of the elderly and improve their quality of life and happiness has become an urgent problem for the society to solve. Community education, with its characteristics of being close to the life of the elderly and flexible and diverse, has become an important force to promote the social participation of the elderly. This paper first analyzes how community education can effectively promote the social participation of the elderly by changing the educational ob jectives, optimizing educational resources, innovating educational content and forms, and building community platforms. These mechanisms not only meet the diverse learning needs of the elderly, but also enhance their social competence, sense of self-actualization and sense of social belonging. However, this paper also points out some challenges faced by community education in the process of promoting social participation of the elderly, such as uneven distribution of educational resources, single content and lack of pertinence, insufficient publicity and mobilization, and insufficient policy and institutional support. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward specific optimization strategies, including strengthening resource integration and investment, enriching education content and enhancing pertinence, strengthening publicity and mobilization to increase the participation of the elderly, and improving policy and institutional guarantee to provide strong support.
