Abstract
This paper aims to explore the importance of construction management and its impact on construction efficiency, analyze the management obstacles in construction and put forward corresponding improvement countermeasures. The article first summarizes the definition, basic process and new trend of the project construction management, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent in-depth discussion. Subsequently, the article analyzes in detail the positive impact of project construction management on construction efficiency, including strengthening communication and coordination, reducing construction cost and improving resource efficiency of utilization. However, in the actual construction process, the existence of management obstacles seriously restricts the improvement of construction efficiency, such as construction process confusion, improper construction methods, insufficient risk identification and substandard material quality and other problems. In view of these obstacles, the paper puts forward specific improvement measures, including clarifying the construction process, strengthening the construction technology training, establishing a comprehensive risk identification mechanism and strict material procurement management and other measures.
