本文旨在探讨施工项目成本超支问题及其控制对策。文章首先概述了施工项目成本的定义、构成及成本管理原则,为后续分析奠定基础。接着,深入分析了成本超支对项目造成的多方面影响,包括经济负担的加重、项目进度的受阻以及工程质量风险的增加,凸显了成本控制在施工项目管理中的重要性。进一步地,文章对施工项目成本超支的主要原因进行了剖析,指出工期延误、赶工成本增加、设计变更频繁以及合同管理不严是导致成本超支的关键因素。这些原因不仅增加了项目的经济压力,还可能对项目的整体效益和可持续发展产生不利影响。针对上述问题,文章提出了相应的控制对策。通过调整施工顺序、合理调配赶工资源、明确设计变更流程以及完善合同条款等措施,可以有效降低施工项目成本超支的风险。这些对策旨在提高项目管理效率,优化资源配置,确保项目在预算范围内顺利完成。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the problem of cost overspend of construction project and its control countermeasures. The article first summarizes the definition, composition and cost management principles of the construction project cost, laying the foundation for the subsequent analysis. Then, the in-depth analysis of the impact of cost overruns on the project, including the increase of economic burden, the obstruction of project progress and the increase of project quality risk, highlights the importance of cost control in construction project management. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the main reasons of the cost overspend of construction projects, and points out that the delay of the construction period, the increase of the rush cost, the frequent design changes and the lax contract management are the key factors leading to the cost overspend. These reasons not only increase the economic pressure of the project, but also may have an adverse impact on the overall benefit and sustainable development of the project. In view of the above problems, the paper puts forward the corresponding control countermeasures. By adjusting the construction sequence, reasonably allocating the rush resources, clarifying the design change process and improving the contract terms, the risk of construction project cost overspend can be effectively reduced. These countermeasures aim to improve the efficiency of project management, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the smooth completion of the project within the budget.
